欧洲七叶树扦插繁育技术研究

[目的]研究不同因素对欧洲七叶树扦插苗质量的影响,以为其生产繁育提供参考。[方法]设置生根剂浓度、扦插基质、母树树龄以及扦插时间4个处理因子,每处理设置3个处理水平,通过统计不同处理插穗的生根率、平均生根数、平均根长,研究各处理对欧洲七叶树扦插繁育生根情况的影响。[结果]除生根剂对平均根长的影响不显著外,所有处理对欧洲七叶树插穗生根率、平均根长、平均生根数的影响均达显著水平。[结论]欧洲七叶树的最佳扦插繁育组合是：5年生母树上的穗条,600mg/L的ABT1生根粉,红壤＋河沙（比例为2∶1）,3月份扦插。

Research on the Technique of Cutting Propagation of Horsechestnut

[Objective] The reference for the horsechestnut multiplication and production was provided through the different factors affecting the quality of its cutting.[Method] The effect of four treatments:the concentration of rooting solution,the cutting medium,the age of parent horsechestnut tree and the cutting time(at 3 levels,respectively),on the average number and length of root was researched.[Results] The effect of all treatments on the rooting rate and the average number and length of root of horsechestnut reached significant levels,in addition to the effect of the rooting solution on the average root length.[Conclusion] The best treating combination in the horsechestnut cutting propagation was:the age of cutting tree,5-year old;scion,the concentration of ABT1,600 mg/L,the ratio of red soil to sand,2∶1 and the cutting time,in March.
