摘    要:
以我国南方水稻(D)、棉花(M)和玉米(Y)3种主要作物秸秆为研究对象,研究了400、450、500℃温度下制备的作物秸秆炭的主要理化特性。研究结果表明:生物炭的出产率因热解温度和秸秆种类而异,一般低温出产率高,高温趋于稳定,3种物料灰分含量是DYM;生物炭p H值随热解温度升高而增大,且均呈碱性;比表面积总体上随温度增加而增加;有机碳和总氮含量随热解温度升高而降低,总磷和钾含量随热解温度升高而增加;不同秸秆炭所含官能团基本相同,-OH随温度升高呈减弱趋势,而芳香性结构增加。经综合对比,推选500℃下制备的生物炭较好。

Abstract:
This paper used three kinds of crop straw: rice(D), cotton(M) and corn(Y) in South China as the main research object to find the main physical and chemical properties of the crop straw charcoalat a temperature of 400, 450, 500℃. The results showed that the biochar production rate varies due to the different types of pyrolysis temperature and straw material, generally, low temperature makes high production rate, while high temperature makes production rate more stable, ash content of three kinds of crop straw is D>Y>M. The pH of biochar increased with the increase of pyrolysis temperature and is alkaline, as well as the specific surface area increased with the temperature. The content of organic carbon and nitrogen decreased, while the total content of phosphorus and potassium are increased. The functional groups in different stalk carbon are basically the same. -OH showed decreasing trends with increasing temperature, while the aromatic structure increased. After a comprehensive comparative analysis, the biochar at 500℃ is better.
