城镇居民罗非鱼消费行为的实证研究

以北京、天津、河北等9个省(直辖市)城镇居民764份有效问卷为样本,对城镇居民罗非鱼消费行为的影响因素进行了实证分析,结果表明,城镇居民对罗非鱼的认知程度较低,但对罗非鱼持积极态度的消费者比例较高;影响城镇居民罗非鱼消费意愿的主要因素包括消费者的年龄、受教育程度、对水产品的喜好程度、购买经历和产品价格等;建立城镇居民罗非鱼消费行为的决策模型,并据此提出了相关的政策建议。

An Empirical Study on the Consumption Behavior of Tilapia in Urban Residents

Based on 764 valid questionnaires from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and other provinces (municipalities), the influencing factors of consumption behavior of tilapia were analyzed. the results showed that the cognition degree of urban residents to tilapia was low, but the proportion of consumers who had positive attitude to tilapia was higher; the main factors affecting the consumption desire of urban residents are the age of consumers, the level of education, the preference for aquatic products, the purchase experience and the price of the products; to establish the decision-making model of tilapia consumption behavior of urban residents, then put forward relevant policy recommendations.
