| 摘 要： | 本文简述家蚕育种现状,提出了分子标记在家蚕育种中如何应用、存在的问题及解决方法。首次将筛选出的家蚕耐氟性分子标记在回交后代中进行选择尝试。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced the status quo of the silkworm breeding, and trough forward how to use molecular markers in silkworm breeding. At the same time, the problems existed in it and the methods of resolving were brought forward too. We were the first to use the molecular marker of enduring fluoride in selecting the individuals which were endurant to fluoride in the backcrossing offspring. |
