低温诱导甜菜抽薹基因的差异表达分析

摘    要:低温可以导致二年生糖用甜菜抽薹,使块根产量比正常甜菜产量减少10%~20%,含糖率降低0.8%~1.6%。采用代表性差异分析cDNA-RDA(Representational Difference Analysisofc DNA)技术,经过三轮差减杂交,获得在低温诱导甜菜茎尖中差异表达的基因片段DP3,为甜菜抽薹相关基因的进一步研究奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Cold temperature that would induce a biannual sugar beet to bolting,which would lead the yield to decrease 10%-20%,and the sugar ratio to cut down 0.8%-1.6%.In this paper,(cDNA-RDA)was applied to clone genes specifically expressed in cold induced sugar beel.One cDNA fragment DP3 was obtained from shoot tips of cold induced sugar beet after three rounds of subtractive hybridization,which will supply a theoretical base for the further study of the bolting genes cloning from sugar beet.
