| 摘 要： | 以草地早熟禾(PoapratensisL.)2品种即超级伊克利(SuperEclipse)、新哥来德(Nuglade)和多年生黑麦草(LoliumperenneL.)1品种即爱神特(Accent)的成熟种子为外植体,研究了不同质量浓度2,4D和6BA对各品种愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:(1)愈伤组织诱导和继代的最佳培养基配方为:草地早熟禾为:MB5+6BA0.5mg/L+2,4D3.0mg/L;多年生黑麦草为:MS+6BA0.5mg/L+2,4D5.0mg/L。(2)愈伤组织质量最好的培养时间为20～40d。

| Abstract: | The mature seeds of Poa Pratensis.L.cv(Super Eclipse、Nuglade) and Lolium perene(Accent) were used for explants in this test. Effect of the different 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D) and 6-benzyladenine(6-BA) on callus induction were studied . The result showed that:at First,the best medium about callus induction of Poa.pratensis L. is MB5+6-BA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L and Lolium perene L.is MB5+6-BA0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 5.0 mg/L;Secondly,the best time of callus quality was from twenty to fourty days. |
