吸附树脂分离纯化香兰素的研究

摘    要:研究了6种吸附树脂对香兰素的吸附和解吸附能力,筛选出最佳树脂SepabeadsSLY207,确定了Sepabeads SP207树脂的最佳吸附与解吸附工艺参数:吸附:pH=6,室温,流速1.5BV/h,溶液处理量为7BV;解吸:洗脱剂为无水乙醇溶液,流速1BV/h,洗脱剂用量4.5BV。在最佳条件下,对香兰素的吸附率为85,5%,解吸率为89.8%。

Abstract:The adsorption and desorption ability of 6 adsorbing resins to vanillin were studied.The Sepabeads SP207 resin was the best of the 6,and the optimal technics parameters for adsorption and desorption were determined as follows: adsorption: pH=6,room temperature,flow velocity of 1.5 BV/h,the adsorption volume 7 BV;desorption: being washed with anhydrous ethanol at the flow velocity of 1 BV/h,the volume of anhydrous ethanol 4.5 BV.The adsorption rate and desorption rate to vanillin were 85.5% and 89.8% respectively under the optimal condition.
