| Abstract: | Modern library literature information resource management and its transformation put forward higher request to the librarian＇s information literacy, and is the inevitable requirement of information social development. In this paper the role for the librarians in the information society in the literature information resources management was defined, and many kinds of effective way to improve the information literacy of librarians were specifically put forward. |
