| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为社会公共文化服务机构,在建设社会主义文化事业中起了重要的作用。新形势下,为使公共图书馆能更好地促进社会主义文化事业进步,为构建和谐社会提供智力支持,提出了四项改进措施,为公共图书馆更好地服务于新时期和谐社会建设提供参考。
