| 摘 要： | 网络时代的高校图书馆其形态和服务方式都发生了新的变化,图书馆应认真研究网络环境下图书馆读者服务工作的特点。高校图书馆只有转变信息服务观念、提高信息服务水平,才能满足读者全方位、多层次的个性化的信息需求,从而更好地为广大师生服务。
