| 摘 要： | 在重庆三峡库区林业生态文明建设分析的基础上,构建了重庆三峡库区林业生态文明建设评价指标体系,包括目标层和Ⅲ级指标层,其中Ⅰ级指标包括生态资源、生态经济、生态服务、生态文化和生态建设等5个部分,并进一步细化为20个Ⅱ级指标,38个Ⅲ级指标。重庆三峡库区林业生态文明评价指标体系的构建,对于科学评价重庆三峡库区林业生态文明建设成效,探索林业在库区生态文明建设中的重要作用具有重大意义,同时也可为重庆三峡库区和全市生态文明建设等相关政策的制定提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | Based on forestry ecological civilization analysis,We constructed evaluation index system of forestry ecological civilization of Three Gorges Reservoir areas in Chongqing.The index system includes target layers and the third grade in-dicators.The first level indicators was constituted by ecological resources,ecological economy,ecosystem services,eco-logical culture and ecological construction,and further subdivided into 20 second grade indicators,38 third grade indica-tors.The construction of forestry ecological civilization evaluation index system of it is great significance for scientific e-valuation on the effect of the Three Gorges Reservoir areas forestry ecological civilization construction,exploring the im-portant role of forestry ecological civilization in the construction of Three Gorges Reservoir areas,and also providing de-cision-making for ecological civilization construction and other relevant policies and measures of the Three Gorges Reser-voir areas in Chongqing. |
