摘 要: | ![]() 由假单胞菌杆菌引起的青枯病已成为茄子生产上的主要病害,目前的防治措施均难以奏效。综述了近年来国内外关于茄子青枯病抗性研究进展,主要包括茄子资源抗性材料筛选与鉴定、茄子青枯病抗性遗传规律分析、与青枯病抗性相关基因的分子标记、茄子杂交育种和远缘杂交育种、组织培养和基因工程等相关技术在抗病育种中的应用,并介绍了茄子嫁接技术和生物防治技术在防治茄子抗青枯病的相关情况。同时,讨论了现阶段研究中存在的问题并提出以后的研究方向。

Abstract: | ![]() Bacterial wilt caused by Pesudomonas solanacearum is becoming one of the main diseases, which isdifficult to control with the available means in eggplant. This paper summarized the recent research advance in bacterialwilt of eggplant, covering the resistance evaluation to bacterial wilt, the resistance of genetic analysis, the molecular markerof bacterial wilt resistance gene, cross breeding and hybridization in eggplant, the use of tissue culture, genetic engineering,crafting and biological control in disease resistance breeding. Then the problems at present were discussed and severalsuggestions were proposed for further research in this area. |
