GGR6号处理甘蒙柽柳插穗扦插育苗试验

摘    要:以绿色植物生长调节剂GGR6号40、80 mg·kg-12种浓度的溶液处理甘蒙柽柳插穗基部后进行扦插育苗试验,结果表明,用GGR6号处理甘蒙柽柳插穗,能显著提高插穗的生根率、成活率,促进根系和苗木的生长;2种浓度处理的插穗地径生长量分别比对照提高32%和30%,树高生长分别提高13.45和10.15 cm;不同处理对根鲜质量影响差异极显著,对侧根数影响差异显著,对侧根均长影响不显著。

Abstract:Forty,80 mg·kg-1 GGR No.6(the green plant growth regulator agent) were taken to deal with the base of T.austromongolica cuttings and then were conducted cutting propagation experiments.Result shows that cuttings of T.austromongolica which were treated by GGR No.6 can significantly improve their rooting rate,survival rate & promote the growth of roots & seedlings.Compared with the control,ground diameter increment of cuttings which were treated with two concentrations increase by 32% & 30%,respectively;tree height growth increase by 13.45 & 10.15 cm,respectively;difference of different treatments on root fresh weight,lateral root number & average length of lateral root are very significant,significant,not significant.
