腐植酸复合肥对土壤养分转化和土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:在土培试验研究腐植酸复合肥对油菜品质和生理指标影响的同时,对土壤养分和土壤酶活性的变化进行了研究。结果表明:①腐植酸复合肥较等养分无机肥增加油菜鲜、干重和氮利用率;②腐植酸复合肥增加土壤碱解N和速效P含量,促进土壤K的消耗;③腐植酸复合肥降低土壤pH值,提高碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性;降低脲酶活性,说明腐植酸可作为脲酶抑制剂。HA复合肥中以4号(HA-NPK-Zn)的土壤脲酶和碱性磷酸酶活性最高,过氧化氢酶活性最低;④各处理的土壤碱性磷酸酶活性与速效P呈显著正相关,脲酶活性与速效K呈极显著负相关,而过氧化氢酶活性与速效K呈极显著正相关。

Abstract:Based on the effects of HA compound fertilizer on the quality and physiological mechanism of rape under the soil culture condition, the conversion of soil nutrient and activities of soil enzyme were studied in this paper. The results showed: compared with inorganic fertilizer, HA compound fertilizer increased the fresh and dry weights of rape and N utilization; HA compound fertilizer increased the contents of available N and P and the consumption of K in soil; HA compound fertilizer reduced the pH, improved the activities of alkaline phosphatase and hydrogen peroxidase in soil; but it decreased the activity of urease that indicated HA could be used as inhibitor for urease. In all HA compound fertilizer, the No.4 had the highest activities of urease and alkaline phosphatase, the lowest hydrogen peroxidase; significant positive correlation was found between the activity of alkaline phosphatase and the content of available P, the activity of hydrogen peroxidase and the content of available K. The correlation between the activity of urease and the content of available K was significantly negative.
