正交试验法从茶叶中提取咖啡因的工艺研究

摘    要:从茶叶中提取天然咖啡因,以乙醇作为溶剂,利用正交试验法探究了料液比、超声时间、浸提温度、浸提时间、乙醇的浓度对产率的影响。试验结果表明,其最佳条件为:料液比为1∶18,超声时间为5 min,浸提温度为70℃,浸提时间为60 min,乙醇浓度为85%,咖啡因的提取产率可达3.74%。方法简单,易于操作,同时产品产率高、纯度好。

Abstract:Used ethanol as solvent extraction caffeine from tea,the ratio of solid to solution,ultrasonic time,extraction temperature,extraction time and ethanol concentration were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions was follows:the ratio of solid to solution 1∶18,ultrasonic time 5 min,extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 60 min,ethanol concentration 85%,the caffeine yield 3.74%. The method was simple,easy to operate,and the caffeine had the higher product yield and purity.
