| Abstract: | The principles and main characteristics of nonradioactive DIG labeling system were reviewed in this paper. In the meantime ,the major labeling methods of DIG labeled nucleic acid probes used in molecular hybridization,the factors affecting the selection of probe labeling methods,the developing detection methods of labeling probes and their applications in the research fields of edible fungi were introduced too. |
