| 摘 要： | 本文报道6例膀胱癌切除全膀胱后用人工回肠结肠袋与后尿道吻合以置换膀胱。6例术后均能自控排尿,每2～4h排尿一次,每次200～400ml,无尿失禁现象。效果满意。避免患者下腹造口、尿路改道以及日夜使用尿袋的痛苦。

| Abstract: | A group of 6 patients with invasive bladder cancer,they are male underwent total bladder replacement using ileocolonic segment with anastomosis of the bowel to uretha. The surgical techniqe in male patients was modified to simpify the procedure. No patient died in postopera-tively. All patients are continent day and night relying on their own residual sphincter mechanism to achieve social continence. All patients have been voiding intervals of 2~4 hours during the day and are thus continent both day and night. Total bladder replacement is now possible in male patients,thus avoiding an abdominal stoma. |
