| 摘 要： | 云南普洱市是我国咖啡主要产区之一。分析认为农村咖啡资源分散和咖啡企业多、小、散、弱是该市咖啡产业发展的两大机制性障碍;提出组建农民咖啡专业合作组织,整合咖啡企业将会形成新的、充满活力的运行机制,实现普洱咖啡新一轮的快速、健康发展。
