广东杉木基因资源的收集保存与初步评价及利用

摘    要:结合龙山林场杉木良种繁育基地的建设,广东省在该场建成了遗传基础比较丰富的杉木基因资源收集库,共收集省内外基因材料709份,包括杉木优良基因材料、杉木地方类型材料、杉木种源材料和杉木杂交材料。广东省杉木基因资源收集库的建立,不仅为龙山林场第2代杉木种子园的建设提供建园材料,而且为广东今后杉木长期遗传改良打下坚实的物质基础。

Abstract:An Gene bank(pool) which included 709 clones(plus trees) of Cunninghamia laceolata was established in Longshan Forest Farm of Lechang City,2003.The conservation and utilization situation was appraised and summaried in this paper.These gene resources include super genotype,geography type, super provenance type and hybridization type.They were stem from 11 provinces of Cunninghamia laceolata natural distribution.132 superior clones were used to established 20.0 hm~2 second generation seed orchard of Cunninghamia laceolata during 1993~1997,11.52 hm~2 second generation advanced seed orchard of Cunninghamia laceolata were established by 62 superior clones during 2000~2005 in Longshan Forest Farm.
