不同eui基因对杂交稻干物质积累的影响

摘    要:
分别取带有eui1(t)、eui2(t)基因的长穗颈不育系及其对照2对,以及带有eui1(t)基因的恢复系及其对照2对,以不完全半双列杂交方式组配成遗传背景一致、但eui基因型不同的一套4组共16个F1材料,采用随机区组设计,对其干物质积累进行研究。结果表明:含有eui基因使杂交稻的茎、叶干物质生产能力增强,且以eui1(t)基因效果最大,eui2(t)基因效果不显著,而同时含有eui1、2基因的效果则相当或略小于eui1(t)基因;eui基因对穗干物质重影响较小;e-杂交稻的群体生长率也比不含eui基因的对照高,以eui1(t)基因的作用最为显著,作用强度依次为:eui1(t)>eui1(t)+eui2(t)>eui2(t),eui基因对杂交稻群体生长率增加作用主要是在生长前期和中期。eui基因对物质输出和转化影响较小。

Abstract:
Four eA lines (CMS lines with eui(t) or eui2(t)) and their corresponding A lines (CMS lines without eui), two eR lines (restorer lines with eui1(t)) and their corresponding non-eui R lines, were used to make 16 crosses, which can be grouped into 4 types of hybrids ,each group of hybrid has the same genetic background but contain different types of eui genes: hybrids with eui1(t), hybrids with eui2(t), hybrids with both of eui1(t) and eui2(t), as well as hybrids without any eui.Dry matter accumulation were analyzed in four groups of hybrid, Results were as following: e-hybrids have higher dry matter productivity compared to corresponding non-eui-hybrids, and the different types of eui gene have different effects: eui1(t)>eui1(t)+eui2(t)>eui2(t).Dry matter exportation and transformation have no significant difference between e-hybrids and corresponding hybrids without eui.
