抗营养阻遏高产木素酶白腐菌的选育及其产酶动力学

摘    要:
通过诱变育种方法筛选抗营养阻遏高产木素酶白腐菌,得到1株编号为pc5305的突变菌株,该菌株具有在营养富氮条件下高产木素过氧化物酶(LiP)、锰过氧化物酶(MnP)且菌体生长与酶合成同步的特性.

Abstract:
Screening white rot fungi resistant to nutritional repression and high producing lignases through the method of mutation breeding,obtaining a mutant strain mumbered as pc5305.The strain has the characteristics of high-producing LiP and MnP in the entrophic conditions and synchronism of cell growth and enzyme synthesis.
