摘    要:为研究热带樱花在海南岛园林绿化中的推广与应用,针对其抗逆适应性进行干旱胁迫试验。研究设4个水分干旱梯度试验,采用改良指甲油印迹法测定其叶片气孔的形态特征,观察叶片形态变化。结果表明:(1)随着干旱时间延长,降低了其叶面积与叶片含水量,干旱处理30 d变化最明显;(2)随干旱程度的加重,叶片气孔密度、气孔周长等呈减小趋势;(3)干旱下气孔密度与其开放度有显著相关性(R2=0.038 3,p0.05,N=36)。干旱条件对海南岛种植热带樱花有很大影响。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to do application and promotion of tropical cherry blossom in Hainan Island. The study set up 4 water drought gradient tests, using the improved method to determine the morphological characteristics of leaf stomata. The main test showed that: (1)Long time drought affected leaf area and leaf water content for the most obvious change of thirtieth days; ( 2)With the drought, stomatal density, stomatal perimeter decreased; (3)Under drought stress and stomatal density of openness has a significant correlation (R2=0.0383, p<0.05, N=36). The drought conditions had a great influence on the planting of tropical cherry blossoms in Hainan Island.
