珠三角地区土地流转对农民增收程度的影响研究

对珠三角地区农民收入现状及贡献度进行了分析,发现工资性收入是农民收入的主要来源。借助多元回归模型,利用广东省2002~2014年统计年鉴的数据,通过工资性收入和家庭经营性收入来分析珠三角地区土地流转对农民收入增加的影响程度。结果表明:土地流转通过工资性收入途径增加农民人均纯收入的效果比较明显,通过家庭经营性收入途径增加农民人均纯收入的效果不是很明显,土地流转平均面积对农民人均纯收入增加的作用最小。

Influence of Rural Land Rights Transfer on Farmers' Income Increase in the Pearl River Delta Region,Guangdong Province

The status and contribution of farmer's income in the Pearl River Delta region were analyzed, and it was found that wage income was the main source of farmers' income. The wage and household business income were analyzed by using the multivariate regression model based on the statistical data of Guangdong Statistical Yearbook in 2002-2014 to study the influence of rural land rights transfer on increase of farmer's income in the Pearl River Delta region. The results showed that the transfer of land rights had a more obvious effect on increased net income per capita via wage income, not evident effect on increased net income per capita via household business income, and minimum effect on increased net income per capita via average land area per famer for transfer of land rights.
