摘    要:提出了一种大功率应急电源系统中自动检测蓄电池组内电池电压的新方案。系统利用光电耦合器(PT84)的隔离特性,结合AT89C51单片机技术,在电路设计中妥善解决了蓄电池组高电压和控制系统低电压之间的采样、保护、自动转换和巡回测试等问题,实现了蓄电池组电压的自动在线检测,并采取了温度补偿措施,有效地抑制了温度对测量精度的影响。实验表明,系统具有检测速度快、精度高、检测结果直观等特点。

Abstract:This paper presents a new auto inspection scheme of storage battery team voltage in ample power emergency power system. It adopts high density mounting type photocoupter (PT847) with a high isolation voltage between input and output. Combining with AT89C51 single-chip technique, main problems such as sampling from high voltage of storage battery to low voltage of control system, protection, auto-switching and itinerant testing are resolved appropriately in the circuit design. It achieves the function of automatic real-time inspection of storage battery voltage. Temperature compensation is applied effectively to restrain the influence of temperature on measurement precision. Test results demonstrate that the system has such advantages as fast inspection, high precision, intuitionist inspection results etc.
