摘    要:本文报道从黄粉虫死亡幼虫体中分离到一株苏云金杆菌Tm13-14菌株。经鉴定为BtH_1血清型,晶体型为含有thu(H_1)、K-1(H_3ab)和tol(H_9)晶体抗原的复合型。该菌制剂的毒力测定表明,对鳞翅目、双翅目和鞘翅目的某些昆虫具有毒性。

Abstract:A new -strain (named TM13-14) of Bacillus thuringiensis was isolayted from: a dead ylarva of yellow mealworm, Tenebrio molitor Col.:Tenebrionidae]. This culture was found to belong to serotype H1 of B. thuringiensis. Its crystal-serotype contained 3 antigenic determinants with crystal-type Thu, K-1 and Tol produced by different serovar H1, H3an and H9. Laboratory tests showed that the strain was toxic against several insect species of Lepidoptera, Diptera and Coleoptera.
