不同林分下小蓬竹的群落土壤种子库

目的]探讨不同林分下小蓬竹的群落土壤种子库。方法]采集喀斯特地区小蓬竹保存完好的天然林和人工林的土壤进行萌发试验,研究小蓬竹群落的土壤种子库。结果]天然林种子库中种子种类有18种,人工林有8种。草本植物是两种不同林分下小蓬竹群落种子库物种组成和个体数量的主要组成部分。天然林种子库中活力种子储量为27 733.33粒/m2,人工林为4 566.67粒/m2。种子库的垂直分布规律是种子数量随土壤深度的增加而降低,且受人为干扰。种子库中现存植物6种,群落演替前期各阶段产生的种子15种。结论]贵州小蓬竹群落土壤种子库中活力种子数量丰富,天然林种子库的物种种数及储量都大于人工林。

Preliminary Discussion on Soil Seed Bank of Drepanostachyum luodianense Community under Different Forest Stands

Objective] The aim of the research was to discuss the soil seed bank of Drepanostachyum luodianense community under different forest stands.Method] Soil was collected from the well-preserved natural forest and artificial forest of D.luodianense in Karst area for the germination experiment to study the soil seed bank of D.luodianense community.Result] There were 18 species of seeds in the seed bank of natural forest and 8 species of seeds in the seed bank of artificial forest.Herbaceous plants were main components for species composition and individual number in seed bank of D.luodianense community under 2 different forest stands.The viable seed reserve in the seed bank of natural forest was 27 733.33 grains/ m2 and that of artificial forestry was 45 66.67 grains / m2.The vertical distribution law of seed bank was that the seed number was decreased with the increase of soil depth and it was disturbed by human being.There were 6 species of extant plants in the seed bank and 15 species of seeds produced in all phases of early community succession stage.Conclusion] The soil seed bank of D.luodianense community in Guizhou province had abundant viable seeds.The variety number and reserve of the species in the seed bank of natural forest were both greater than that of artificial forest.
