| 摘 要： | 通过对储存小麦的不同跨度高大平房仓进行为期一年的“三温”检测,分析了气温、仓温的变化对粮温变化的影响,并通过“扒皮”试验研究“冷心热皮”现象中“冷心”、“热皮”温度的变化规律,判定高温季节外温对靠墙粮堆及粮堆表面影响程度,明确了临界点及整个粮堆中“热皮”区域范围。试验表明仓温直接受气温影响,气温和仓温对粮堆“热皮”区域影响明显,而“冷心”区域影响很小。

| Abstract: | The wheat stored in the large warehoused with different span have been tested for a year.The effect of atmospheric temperature and storage temperature on grain temperature was analysed.In the season of high temperature,the effect of atmospheric temperature on grain bulk near the wall and the surface of grain bulk as well as the critic point and hot area(outward appearance of grain bulk) of grain bulk was understood.The test showed that the storage temperature was influnced by the atmospheric temperature,atmospheric temperature and storage temperature had obvious effect on hot area and a little on the centre of grain bulk. |
