拉肖皂苷元和拉肖皂苷C对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:以玉米为实验材料,研究不同浓度的油菜素内酯(BR)、拉肖皂苷元(LA)及拉肖皂苷C(LG-C)对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,不同处理浓度对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长有显著差异,浓度为0.05 mg/L的LA、LG-C对种子萌发及幼苗生长有明显的促进作用,处理后幼苗的生物学产量增加,并且3种化合物呈现低浓度促进、高浓度抑制玉米幼苗生长的活性,适宜浓度的LA、LG-C处理对玉米的生长有促进作用.
