摘    要:通过对土壤蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性及土壤呼吸量的测定,研究了重金属铅污染土壤对酶活性及土壤呼吸量的影响,找出土壤铅污染与酶活性的关系,为土壤酶活性对土壤铅污染的指示作用提供试验依据.结果表明,在Pb加入500 mg/kg时,对土壤蔗糖酶与脲酶活性有明显的抑制作用,对过氧化氢酶起到激活作用;Pb加入达到1 000 mg/kg时,过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶都出现抑制作用.施入蝇蛆生物有机肥后,对铅污染土壤的酶活性有明显的改善作用.试验测定分析表明,土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶可以作为铅污染土壤的主要生化指标.

Abstract:The relation between Pb pollution and soil enzyme activity was studied by determining sucrase,catalase and urease activity and soil respiratory intensity to provide the experiment basis for the directive effect of soil enzyme activity on soil Pb pollution.The results showed that Pb has the obvious inhibition effect on sucrase and urease activity and activated catalase activity when 500 mg/kg Pb is added in the soil,and Pb has the inhibition effect on sucrase,catalase and urease activity when 1 000 mg/kg Pb ...
