几种生物农药对绿豆叶斑病的防治效果

摘    要:采用田间试验的方法,研究1 000亿CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌WP、3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌WP、2亿CFU/g宁盾一号EW、0.3%丁子香酚SL、1%蛇床子素EW、10%多抗霉素WP等6种生物农药对绿豆叶斑病的防治效果。结果表明,参试的生物农药对绿豆叶斑病均有一定的抑制作用,防治效果分别为72.58%、63.27%、77.53%、58.64%、72.60%和62.37%,彼此间差异显著,但防治效果均显著低于化学农药430g/L戊唑醇SC的防治效果(85.22%);2亿CFU/g宁盾一号EW是防治绿豆叶斑病较理想的生物农药;喷施农药防治绿豆叶斑病对产量有一定的促进作用,但效果不显著。

Abstract:In this study we investigated the control efficiency of six different biological pesticides on mung bean resistance to leaf spot disease under field experiments. The pesticides included 100 billion CFU/g bacillus subtilis, 300 million CFU/g trichodema harzianum, 200 million CFU/g Ningdun NO.1, 0.3% eugenol, 1% osthole and 10% pohyoxin. The results showed that all biological pesticides had certain inhibition effects on mung bean leaf spot disease, which were 72.58%, 63.27%, 77.53%, 58.64%, 72.60% and 62.37%, respectively. The control efficiencies were significantly different with each other. The control efficiencies of biological pesticides were significantly lower than the chemical pesticide 430g/L tebuconazole SC (85.22%). The pesticide 200 million CFU/g Ningdun NO.1 EW was the ideal biological pesticide to control mung bean leaf spot disease. Applying the biological pesticides could improve the yield performance to some extent although the yield difference between the non-disease-infected and disease-infected conditions had not reached a significant level.
