摘    要:以小麦为材料,在实验室模拟条件下,研究一定浓度的Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6对盐胁迫下小麦种子萌发的影响。发现当用浓度为0.8%NaCl溶液对小麦种子进行盐胁迫时,溶液中含10mg/L的Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6能够降低盐胁迫下的小麦种子可溶性糖和丙二醛含量,说明稀土元素铈在一定程度上能降低盐胁迫对小麦种子的危害。

Effect of Cerium on the Physiological Indexes in Germinating Wheat Seeds under Salt Stress

Abstract:Using wheat as the study material, under the condition of laboratory simulation, we studied the effects of a certain concentration of Ce(NHa)2(NO3)6 on wheat seed germination under salt stress. We found that when wheat seeds were under the stress of NaCl solution of 0.8% concentration, mg/L solution containing 10 mg/L Ce(NH4)2(NO3)6 can decrease the soluble sugar and MDA content under salt stress in wheat seed, which shows that the rare earth element cerium can reduce the harm of salt stress on wheat seed to a certain extent.
