摘 要: | 近红外光谱技术是一种高新分析技术,被越来越多地应用于农业领域。概述近年来国内外近红外光谱技术在苹果品质无损检测中的应用情况,分析近红外光谱技术在苹果质检中的应用方向,为果品无损检测技术的发展提供参考。
