树莓组织培养最佳外植体材料试验

摘    要:以树莓一年中不同时期的材料及同一植株不同部位的器官作外植体进行试验。结果表明:4月份采集的外植体污染率最低,成活率最高,即4月份是树莓组织培养最佳取材时期;在初代培养中,茎段的诱导率最高,为79.3%,带芽茎段是树莓组织培养最佳外植体材料;0.5%NaClO消毒20 min,是树莓组织培养外植体的最佳消毒方法。

Abstract:Explants of raspberry were selected from different tissue parts at different times during a year. The experiment showed that: The explant taken in April showed a relatively high survival rate and low contamination percentage. So April is the best time to take explant. Induction rate of stem segment is the highest at initial culture, reaches by 79.3%. The stem segment with buds was the optimal explant. The better sterilization method is 0.5 % of NaCIO solution about 20 minutes.
