建党以来农业税制的历史变迁

中国共产党自诞生起就是农民利益的忠实代表,在制定经济政策的过程中,总是尽可能地把农民阶级的利益最大化,这从中国共产党根据不同的历史条件下,制定、调整、取消农业税制的过程中可窥一般。本文仅对中国共产党在局部执政时及全面执政后所制定的农业税制的变革及实施情况作以梳理,并期对资政存史有所裨益。

Changes in the history of agriculture tax system since the founding of the CPC

Communist Party of China is the faithful representative of the farmers' benefits since its birth. In the process of making economic policy, the Party always maximized the profit of the farmers class according to the actual circumstance of society. In the different period, Communist Party of China drew up,adjusted and canceled the agriculture tax system. This paper cites a few changes and implement of the agriculture tax system in the period of the part-governing and overall-governing of Communist Party of China. It will fill the blank of the system research in this realm, and expect to save information and benefit the government.
