摘    要:以菜心为研究对象,利用盆栽试验,在受重金属Pb(1000 mg/kg)污染的土壤中,探讨添加不同用量水平的石灰(0、345、690、1380、20703、450 mg/kg)对铅迁移转化及生物有效性的影响。结果表明:随着石灰施用量的增加,土壤pH值提高,土壤DTPA交换态的铅含量显著或极显著地减少;菜心根Pb含量和菜心对Pb的吸收总量显著或极显著地降低。

Abstract:In the study,a pot experi ment was conducted to investigate the effects of different li me levels on the transference,transformation and bioavailability of Pb in flowering Chinese Cabbage.The experi mental soil was polluted with Pb 1000 mg/kg and six lime levels including 0,345,690,1380,2070 and 3450 mg/kg were applied,respectively.The results showed that,with the increase of lime level,the soil pH was increased,but the contents of DTPA-exchangeable Pb in soil was significantly decreased.Moreover,the Pb content in root and the total Pb absorption of flowering Chinese Cabbage decreased significantly.
