棉花黄萎病菌安阳菌系致病类型变异研究

以国内外有代表性的菌系为对照，３ 个不同棉种的４ 个品种为鉴别寄主研究了棉花黄萎病菌安阳菌系致病类型的变异。结果表明，安阳菌系的致病力类型有明显变异，其ＡＶＳ菌株的致病力明显强于强致病力类型的陕西泾阳菌系和我国江苏落叶型菌系ＶＤ－ ８，且略高于美国强致病力落叶型菌系Ｔ－ ９，属强致病力类型；病原菌室内培养性状也有变异，ＡＶＳ菌株是近年出现的新类型，其在病株中分离比例呈上升趋势，ＡＶＨ菌株在病株中的分离比例则呈下降趋势；黄萎病的田间症状有不同类型，早期落叶型为近年出现的新类型，具有发病早、重、快、损失重等特点；早期落叶型棉花黄萎病的致病菌与ＡＶＳ菌株关系密切。

Study on Pathogenic Type in Anyang Strains of Verticillium dahliae Kleb.

Pathogenic type of Verticillium dahliae Kleb. compared with several representative strains and four varieties from three different cotton types were used as differential hosts. The result indicated that the variance of pathogenic type in Anyang strains was obvious, the pathogenicity of AVS in Anyang strains was stronger than those of defoliation T-9(from USA) and significantly stronger than those of high-toxicity Jingyang(from Shaanxi,China) and defoliation VD-8(from Jiangsu,China). So it was referred to high-toxicity pathogenic type. The AVS was a newly emerged type in recent years with an up trend compared with the AVH type with a down trend. Early defoliation was a newly symptom type with characteristics, such as comeing earlier, severe, rapidly and causing severe loss. The relationship between early defoliation and AVS was more closely.
