摘    要:提出了一种基于改进粒子群优化算法的无级变速器速比控制阀动态性能优化方法.首先通过机理分析的方法建立了速比控制阀的动态模型;然后根据无级变速器速比控制阀的使用要求,在考虑响应时间、超调量及节能等指标的基础上,确立了一个综合的优化目标函数;最后根据确立的目标函数,结合仿真模型,通过改进的粒子群优化算法对速比控制阀的结构参数进行了优化.试验结果表明经过优化的速比控制阀各项动态性能指标均优于原型阀,其中压力上升时间缩短了100ms,超调量下降了0.05MPa,更适用于无级变速器.
