| 摘 要： | 分析了森林年消耗总量和年采伐总量与用材林年采伐总量间的差额，是造成森林资源危机和殃及公益林、天然林及用材林中的中龄林的重要原因；提出了转变资源监督模式经营模式的建议，从而达到扼制森林资源危机的目的。

| Abstract: | The difference between annual consumption of forest, the annual harvest of forest and the annual harvest of timber forest was analyzed in the essay, which led to the crisis of forest resource and did harm to the public welfare forest, natural forest and the mid-age forest of the timber forest. The suggestion of altering the supervision and management pattern was proposed in this article, to contain the forest resource crisis. |
