摘    要:以2种草坪植物为试验材料,采用模拟试验方法,研究了金属镉对植物的毒害作用。结果表明,镉对植物根系生物量的影响相对较小,但对叶片生长量影响很大。镉胁迫使根系活力下降,当大量镉进入叶片后引起的自由基使叶绿素结构破坏,但叶绿素下降具有滞后性。镉造成根系表现中毒时间较早,表现为根冠膨大、腐烂,地上部分生长停滞,后期引起叶片失绿、枯萎死士。镉对草坪植物生长特性及生物量的影响极大,在环境监测时应引起足够重视。

Abstract:The effect of cadmium on growth characteristics and biomass of two varieties of turfgrass was tested in this paper The results indicated that cadmium had stronger effect on leaf groeth than on root biomass, it reduced root system vigor, and destroyed chlorophyll structure after entering leaves While the reduction of chlorophyll content lagged The early symptoms of plant poisoned were swell and rot root cap, plant ceased to grow and leaves lost color, wither away till die Because of its great deleterious influence on turfgrass, Cadmium should be given more attention in environment inspection.
