| 摘 要： | 采集677头我国三个地方猪种——太湖猪(二花脸、梅山和枫泾猪)、金华猪和姜曲海猪以及引入品种长白猪血样,运用淀粉凝胶电泳法,测定血清中四个蛋白系统,即前白蛋白(Pa)、转铁蛋白(Tf)、铜蓝蛋白(Cp)和淀粉酶(Am)的遗传多态型,计算基因型频率和基因频率,并探索其遗传规律。结果表明:在我国部分猪种中四个蛋白位点均表现出多态型,Pa、Tf、Cp和Am分别受2,3,3和4个共显性等位基因所控制,并呈现出3,6,4和7种基因型,其遗传现象符合孟德尔遗传规律。

| Abstract: | 677 blood serum samples were collected randomly from 5 Chinese native pigs (Erhualian, Meishan, Fenjing, Jinhua and Jiangquhai) and Danish Landrace, and used to (1)detect the polymorphisms of serum prealbum (Pa), transferrin (Tf), ceruloplasmin (Cp) and amylase (Am) by the horizontal starch gel electrophoresis, (2)compute genotype and gene frequencies at these protein polymorphic loci, and (3) study the inheritance of the 4 serum proteins. Results showed that the polymorphisms of serum Pa, Tf, Cp and Am in Chinese native pig breeds were determined by 2, 3, 3 and 4 co-dominant alleles and exhibited 3, 6, 4 and 7 phenotypes, respectively. The genetic phenomenon of 4serum proteins are in agreement with Mendelian inheritance. |
