摘    要:本文从经济与环境保护相结合的观点出发,运用生态经济学原理,以玛纳斯绿洲为例,对干旱区绿洲生态经济系统的结构、功能进行了分析。指出了其成功与不足的方面,通过优化设计,实现了结构优化,功能增强;解决了水量、饲草饲料及肥料的供需矛盾,保持了经济建设与环境保护的协调发展;实现了经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的统一。

Abstract:From the point of the combination of economic development and envi-ronmental protection, this paper, taking the Manas Oasis as an example,deals with the structure and function of oasis eco-economic system in aridzone, points out the merits and demerits. Manas Oasis has been a large-scale integrated farm with comprehensive industry and agriculture and higheconomic benefits. It also has some problems, such as non-optimal struct-ure, incomplete functions and worse environment. In view of this, theauthors, using optimal design, have resolved the contradictions betweenwater, forage and fertilizer with the codination of economics and environ-ment, realizing the integration of economic, social and ecologic benefits.
