水稻L-半乳糖途径相关基因的表达特性

摘    要:维生素C又称抗坏血酸(AsA),在植物中不仅是重要的抗氧化剂,还具有许多其它重要的生理功能。研究发现L-半乳糖途径是双子叶植物拟南芥AsA合成的主要途径,但单子叶植物水稻中AsA合成的L-半乳糖途径的功能和调控机理还不清楚。通过同源序列比对,在水稻基因组中检索到与拟南芥L-半乳糖途径相关酶的同源基因,通过分析水稻根与叶中及持续光、暗处理下叶片中AsA含量变化及L-半乳糖途径中相关酶基因的表达,初步探究了水稻L-半乳糖途径中调控AsA合成的关键酶基因。

Abstract:Vitamin C or ascorbic acid (AsA), is not only an important antioxidant, but also an active substance with many other physiological functions. The L-galactose pathway has been proven to be the key pathway of ascorbic acid in Arabidopsis thaliana. However, limited information about L-galactose pathway of ascorbic acid synthesis in rice is reported. In this research, through sequence alignments, the homologous genes putatively encoding rice L-galactose pathway enzymes were obtained. Then based on analysis of tissue specificity and leaf treatment with continuous light or darkness, AsA content and gene expression related to L-galactose pathway enzyme were determined, preliminarily evidencing the key genes controlling the synthesis of AsA in rice.
