保水剂在月季切花保鲜中的应用研究

摘    要:为延长月季切花保鲜期,提高切花品质,采用保水剂浸沾月季切花枝叶,并对切花的蒸腾量、呼吸速率以及保鲜期等进行测定与观察。结果表明:用保水剂处理不同开放度的月季切花,可减少日蒸腾量4.49%-28.54%,降低呼吸速率15.61%-25.49%,延长保鲜期2-6 d;随着花朵开放度的增大,用保水剂处理切花产生的效应逐渐降低。由此可见,选择开放度较小的月季切花并用保水剂处理其枝叶,是延长切花保鲜期,提高切花品质的有效途径之一,值得推广应用。

Abstract:In order to prolong fresh-keeping period and improve the quality of cut Chinese rose(Rosa hybrida Hort.),the way of wetting branches and leaves of cut Chinese roses with water-retaining agent was applied,and the application effect of water-retaining agent on daily transpiration quantity,respiration rate and fresh-keeping period was investigated in this experiment.The results demonstrated that treating cut Chinese roses of different opening degrees with water-retaining agent could decrease daily transpiration quantity by 4.49%~28.54%,reduce respiration rate by 15.61%~25.49% and prolong fresh-keeping period by 2~6 d,and the effect of water-retaining agent on treating cut Chinese roses was gradually decreased along with the increase in opening degree of flowers.This showed that choosing cut Chinese roses with lesser opening degree and treating their branches and leaves with water-retaining agent was one of the effective approaches to prolong fresh-keeping period and improve the quality of cut flowers,and it is worth popularizing and applying in agricultural production.
