富贵竹叶枯病病原菌鉴定及其生物学特性

摘    要:描述了富贵竹叶枯病的症状,鉴定其病原菌,并测定其生物学特性。结果表明,富贵竹叶枯病由茄腐镰刀菌〔Fusariumsolani(Mart)Sacc.〕引起,为国内首次报道;菌丝生长最适温度是25℃,光照对菌丝生长无显著影响,只影响其颜色;该菌能利用多种碳源和多种氮源,最适pH值为7~9,菌丝致死温度为69℃。

Abstract:The symptom of leaf blight of Dracaena sanderiana was described.Based on pathogenicity test and morphological characteristics,its pathogen is Fusarium solani(Mart) Sacc.The result of pathogen identification was first reported in China.The optimum temperature and pH for the growth of the mycelium were 25℃ and 7~9 respectively.Illumination had no effect on mycelia growth,but had effect on its color.The pathogen could utilize many sorts of carbon sources and nitrogen sources.The lethal temperature for the growth of the mycelium was 69℃.
