摘    要:阐述连续式微波真空干燥设备的工作原理、结构特点和设计要点,分析并确定微波真空干燥室、微波系统及进出料系统的结构和相关参数。试验表明,整机结构合理、操作方便、性能稳定、安全可靠,能快速低温干燥膨化高品质的苹果脆片。

Abstract:The principle of continuous microwave vacuum drying equipment, its structural characteristics and major technical difficulties were introduced. The structure and the optimum parameters of microwave vacuum drying chamber, microwave system and material inlet and outlet system were studied and confirmed. The results of performance test proved that it has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy operation, steady performance and reliable security, furthermore, high quality apple chips were produced at lower temperature with shorter drying time by using this equipment.
