摘    要:为探索空间诱变对玉米种子后代的影响,本研究用16对SRAP引物对玉米自交系"968"及其诱变系进行PCR检测,共检测到154个等位基因变异,每对引物检测出5~18个等位基因,平均为9.6个;94份材料间的遗传相似系数表明诱变系与对照间的遗传相似系数变化幅度为0.481~1.000,平均为0.903,其中诱变系37号与对...
