摘 要: | 不同激素对谷子幼穗组培的作用不同。2,4-D主要是诱导愈伤组织,KT主要是促进细胞分裂。2,4-D2mg/L与KT0.2mg/L配合为最佳诱导培养基。6-BA对分化成苗起主导作用,分化率随着6-BA浓度加大而提高。6-BA2mg/L与NAA0.2mg/L是最佳分化培养基,分化率最高达60%。LAA与NAA主要是促进长根。1/2MS比1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L分化出的根白、嫩、多,且移栽成活率高。

Abstract: | The effect of different hormone on cell culture of millet young ear was different. The mainaction of 2,4-D was callus induction and that of KT was hastening cell division. MS medium containing2, 4-D 2mg/L and KT 0.2mg/L was the best induction medium. 6-BA took mast action ondifferentiation and the rate of differentiation would raise with the increasing of concenetraion of 6-BA.The rate of differentiation was up to the highest-60%-on the medium containing 6-BA 2mg/L andNAA 0.2mg/L. IAA and NAA were mainly root-grow hormone. The roots differentiated on the 1/2MSmedium were rnore white, younger and more than on the 1/2MS+NAA(0.2mg/L). And the survivalpercent ofplant was high. |
