| 摘 要： | 为掌握华南忍冬扦插育苗技术,取8个月以上枝龄的枝条作穗条,选择不同基质、不同浸泡时间、多种激素不同浓度、不同季节的试验处理,分别对华南忍冬进行扦插育苗试验研究.结果表明在春冬季,以红心土、河沙和椰糠按6∶3∶1的比例均匀混合配置作为扦插基质,采用IBA在500 mg/L浓度时浸泡10s进行华南忍冬扦插育苗效果较理想.

| Abstract: | In order to master the technology cutting propagation of Lonicera confusa DC,different cutting sea-sons,different substrates,and hormone treatment methods were used for conducting random block comparis on tests,and the results showed that in spring and winter,select red soil,sand and coconut husk(6:3:1) as the cut-ting medium uniformly mixed configuration,the use of IBA in 500 mg/L concentration range,soaking 10s for Lonicera confusa DC cutting breeding had good results. |
