重金属污染对菜心芽长与根仲长的生态毒性效应

摘    要:
以菜心种子和3种不同土壤介质(灰黄泥土、灰泥土、黄壤)为材料,研究重金属Cu、Zn、Pb和Ni单一污染和复合污染对菜心种子发芽率、芽长与根伸长的生态毒性效应。结果表明,同一浓度下,菜心种子发芽率、芽长和根伸长对重金属的生态毒性敏感程度依次为:根伸长〉芽长〉发芽率;重金属对菜心根伸长的生态毒性大小顺序为:Ni〉Cu〉Zn〉Pb;土壤中有机质和养分含量对菜心根伸长的抑制率呈显著负相关,土壤pH对菜心根伸长的抑制率相关性不显著。Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni复合污染对菜心根伸长的抑制效应表现为协同作用,其结果是复合污染的整体生态毒性效应增强。

Abstract:
With Brassica parachinensis seed and three different kinds of soils mediums(grey-yellow soils,grey soils,yellow soils) as the materials to research the eco-toxicity effects of single pollution and combined pollution of Cu,Zn,Pb and Ni on seed germination rate,shoot elongation and root elongation.Results indicated that with same concentration,the eco-toxicity sensibility orders of heavy metals on seed germination rate,shoot elongation and root elongation was root elongation>shoot elongation>germinating rate....
