| 摘 要： | 云南省是世界水稻品种遗传多样性的分布中心之一。针对目前水稻种质资源严重流失的现状，选择云南省具有代表性的6个不同地区进行村寨调查。通过34项调查指标和4项水稻遗传多样性指数的回归分析，发现自留种的比例与水稻遗传多样性丰富度呈显著正相关，这为有效进行水稻种质资源的保存和利用提供了理论支持。
